Testimonial Submissions – Instructions and Terms & Conditions

Would you like to receive a year’s FREE supply of DermaNova®?

Send us your DermaNova® testimonial. If you also submit before and after pictures, and we display them on the testimonials page at dermanova.co.uk , we will send you 12 x DermaNova® Active Care Skin Creams.

Submitting images is optional although, testimonials without before and after images will not qualify to receive the year’s free DermaNova®.

Please read the instructions and terms below before submitting your testimonial and/or any images.

Note: If you intend to submit before and after images, please ensure that you take the before image before you begin using DermaNova®.

Taking Before and After photos

• You will need to take any Before photo before you begin to use DermaNova®. Take the After photo once you are happy with the results.
• When taking the photos, please ensure that you set your camera/phone to its best quality picture settings.
• Make sure the pictures are clear and bright, close-up, and taken against a solid-coloured background, preferably white.
• Before and After photos should preferably be taken under the same brightness/range/location conditions.
• You do not need to include a picture of your face in the photos if unrequired. Get someone else to take the pictures for you if it helps!
• Upload the images in JPG or GIF format

In return for your full testimonial, we agree to send you a year’s free supply of DermaNova® Active Care Skin Cream, and you agree to give us full permission to use your testimonial and photos for marketing purposes. For discretionary purposes, we will never use your full name or address only a summary, such as Mary, Lincoln. We will send your free items after we have received your complete testimonial, including before and after photos, and they have been added to dermanova.co.uk.

Before submitting any testimonial please ensure you agree to the following:

• I represent that I am over 18 years of age and have the ability to enter into this agreement.
• The written testimonial I am submitting is an expression of my personal experience and belief.
• My statements and any uploaded photographs of me shall be owned by dermanova.co.uk and dermanova.co.uk may copyright any material containing same.
• I hereby grant to dermanova.co.uk, and its successors or assigns, the right to publish and use any statements and images submitted by me, in any marketing materials created by dermanova.co.uk that are used in connection with the promotion of dermanova.co.uk and/or its products.
• I agree that no marketing materials need be submitted to me for any further approval and dermanova.co.uk shall be without liability to me resulting from the publication of my name or testimonial.
• I warrant and represent that my agreement with dermanova.co.uk does not conflict with any existing commitment or agreement on my part.
• I acknowledge that nothing in this release constitutes any obligation by dermanova.co.uk to use my statement name, likeness or testimonial.
• This Agreement shall be construed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the United Kingdom. If any term or provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms, clauses and provisions shall not be affected. If any challenge or dispute pertaining to this agreement arises, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses, including reasonable court fees. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between the parties hereto with respect to matters referred to herein.
• No other representations, or prior or contemporaneous agreements, oral or written, regarding such matters which are not specifically contained herein shall be deemed, in any way to exist or bind any of the parties hereto, except as specifically set forth herein.
• All materials supplied by you shall become the exclusive property of dermanova.co.uk and shall not be returned.
