We believe the DermaNova® Active Care range offers the most effective results of any non-prescriptive product available. If, however, you are unhappy with any DermaNova® Active Care product, return any unused amount to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. The full terms of the guarantee and procedure for returning items are set out below.

• Return any opened or unopened container to us for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will not be issued for containers that are not returned.
• Returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the original order date. Returns received after this time cannot be refunded.
• Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Payment Receipt that was sent out with the order. Alternatively, a Customer No or Order No can be quoted.
• We will accept a single opened container of each individual product per customer. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.
• Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment. We will process your refund within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned product.
• The guarantee applies to first-time buyers in the UK and ROI only.
• You are responsible for shipping the used and unused product containers back to us and for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds are limited to one order per customer.
• The full returns procedure and return address will be included with your order.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
